2. An investigation, as may be appropriate, shall follow the filing of a complaint. 调查应由《十大赌博app》协调员进行. These rules contemplate informal but thorough investigations, 提供所有有关人士及其代表, 如果有任何, 提交与投诉有关的证据的机会.

学生可能需要根据记录的阻碍学习某些科目能力的残疾寻求课程替代. While tutoring 和 accommodations may help some students succeed in these courses, others may be unable to succeed even with the use of academic adjustments 和 accommodations. In such situations, students may submit a request for a course substitution.

 

Consideration for a course substitution is done on a case-by-case basis.  To request consideration, the following procedures should be used:

1. 学生必须有诊断残疾，这将禁止他/她的能力学习问题的主题. Documentation of the disability must be submitted to the ADA Coordinator.

The decision of the Disability Service Committee shall constitute the final decision with respect to the student’s request; there shall be no further appeal.

应急措施:

This policy governs the presence of 服务的动物s on 加兹登州’s campus 和 property. There 是 instances when a service animal may be restricted, excluded or removed (see below).

Overall, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure the control (和 safety) of the animal. See 服务的动物s Procedures 和 服务的动物s Request Form. While legal access rights 是 afforded to users of assistance animals, 随之而来的是确保动物在任何时候都有适当的行为和反应的责任.

1. The animal poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
2. The animal’s presence results in a fundamental alteration of the college's programming;
3. The animal or its presence creates an unreasonable disturbance in or interference with the 加兹登州 community; or

In the event restriction or exclusion of a service animal is determined to be necessary, GSCC将采取其他行动，以确保残疾人士仍有机会参与服务, GSCC提供的课程和活动.
